Jonathan M. Heilbrunn

Practice areas: Land Use and Zoning, Commercial and Residential Real Estate Jonathan M. Heilbrunn graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Finance and Commerce where he received his Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1962. He graduated from Rutgers University School of Law receiving his Bachelor of Law Degree in 1965 and further received his Juris Doctor degree in 1968. He was admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey in January, 1966 admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 1966. Thereafter, He was admitted to both the Bars of the State of Maine and the State of New York.

He served a Judicial Clerkship to the Assignment Judge of the County of Middlesex for the year 1965 through 1966. Thereafter, he served as a legal assistant to the then Prosecutor of the County of Middlesex for the period of one year.

Mr. Heilbrunn is a Member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Middlesex County Bar Association.

Mr. Heilbrunn's practice is concentrated in the areas of land use and zoning, commercial and residential real estate, construction and development. Through his long years of practice, some of his clients include Amboy Bank, Renaissance Properties, LLC, Old Bridge Spine and Wellness, McDonalds, Wawa, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Oasis Motors, Walgreens, Dunkin Donuts. He represents or has represented many charitable and religious organizations including Shirdi Sai Dham, a Hindu Temple, St. Ambrose Church, Islamic Society of Old Bridge, Institute of Islamic Studies, and Simpson Methodist Church.

He has been a member of the firm since 1966.
