  • Carteret Savings v Burton 105 NJ 344 (1987) which set new law concerning the right of redemption in foreclosure sales.
  • S.K. v J.H 426 NJ Super 230 (App. Div. 2012) which for the first time defined what constituted a dating relationship in a domestic violence situation.

 

Appointments:

  • Early Settlement Panelist in Middlesex County for over 30 years
  • Member of the Middlesex County Family Liaison Committee since its creation.
  • Public Defender South Brunswick 1994-1996

 

Awards:

  • Presented the Debevoise-Eakely Award by the Chief Justice Deborah Poritz
  • 2007 was awarded the Pro Bono attorney of the year by the Middlesex County Bar Association.
